If the pull-down bed can no longer be controlled electrically, the first thing to check is whether the 12V supply is guaranteed. If this is the case, the fuse on the EBL (reserve 4A) should be checked next.
If this is also OK, you can check the 2A fuse, depending on the model, either under the mattress or in the overhead locker behind the wooden panelling for the pull-down bed control. If this is also in order, please crank the pull-down bed upwards using the emergency crank provided.
The mounts for the emergency crank can always be located somewhere else in our different model series (A Class / Low Profile). Please refer to the user manual for the exact location of these for your vehicle.
If this has happened, please visit your nearest dealer so that they can take care of the problem on site. When travelling, make sure that the pull-down bed is correctly fixed in the upper position.
