No water is flowing in your vehicle
Can you hear the fresh water pump humming when you turn on a tap?
Yes:
Has the water level in the fresh water tank been checked?
Note: If there is too little or no water, there is a risk that the water pump will run hot during use and thus no longer function. Consequence: The water pump must be replaced.
No:
- Is the control panel for the power supply above the entrance door switched on?
- Have you already checked the fuse on the electrical block (EBL), described with "Pump"?
- Can't you hear the buzzing of the water pump when you turn on the other taps?
Note:If water does arrive at another tap, the microswitch on the previous tap is probably defective. Consequence: The microswitch / tap must be replaced.
If you have been able to rule out all points and still cannot get the water pump to work, please contact a Dethleffs dealer near you.
Tip: On vehicles with winter package, the water pump can be operated separately and an additional black switch is installed under the driver's seat or on the control panel on the reserve switch; if necessary, this is switched off and you have to operate it again.
