Truma Combi
If the heater does not start, do the following:
Please check that the gas supply is guaranteed.
Is the gas bottle turned on?
If Duo Control is present, has the crash sensor been triggered? (If this is the case, please press this button)
Have the hose rupture safety devices on the hoses been pressed and thus vented?
Is the gas stopcock for the heating in the kitchen drawer open?
If necessary, the user manual for the Truma heater should be to hand.
If you have a heater with an electrical supply, check that the shore power is connected correctly and that the energy source has been selected correctly in the control panel.
ALDE hot-water heating
If you wish to operate the heating using gas, please check the same steps as above after the row.
If you wish to heat using the electric function, please check that you are connected to 230V shore power and check that the electric setting is selected in the Alde heating control panel. (If necessary, refer to the Alde heating user manual)
If the heating does not work despite checking the above points, please contact your nearest Dethleffs dealer, who will be able to analyse and rectify the fault on site.
