In the registration certificate Part I you will find the permissible tyre size under point 15 (15.1 and 15.2). Only one tyre dimension is mentioned here. However, this does not mean that only this one fits the vehicle and is the only permitted tyre size.
For vehicles for which a COC (Certificate of Conformity) is available, other wheel/tyre combinations may also be approved. If the desired wheel/tyre combination is neither approved on the ZBL I nor on the COC, it can only be approved individually by an authorised test centre (TÜV, Dekra). A manufacturer approval/certificate is required for individual approval.
For vehicles without COC, a data sheet for the vehicle type may provide more information, please send us an email to service@dethleffs.de.
