This new type of construction combines an absolutely rot-proof and therefore durable wall structure with the latest findings on a healthy indoor climate:
The walls, roof and floor are designed without cold bridges and completely without wood inserts. Instead, stable polyurethane struts ensure high torsional rigidity.
Strong GRP sheets (glass fibre reinforced plastic) on the roof and underfloor protect against external damage from hail, stone chips, salt water, etc.
A particularly thick layer of high-density, hydrophobic, i.e. water-repellent XPS foam ensures excellent insulation values.
The wood panelling on the inside of the living area has a moisture-equalising and sound-insulating effect.
The rot-proof Lifetime-Smart floor construction is used in the Trend (except coachbuilt), Pulse, Pulse Classic 90 and Trend 90 series. Also here with PU strips instead of wood inserts and with a thick GRP sheet that protects against damage! We use high-quality EPS as insulation material.
The durable, proven and reliable Lifetime floor and body construction with excellent insulation is used in the Just 90, Globebus and Trend coachbuilt series.
